- Keep your itemised purchase receipt.
- Visit www.centrumpromo.com.au during the Claim Period.
- Fill out and submit the online claim form, including uploading an image of your purchase receipt and providing all other requested information.
- You will receive an email from containing a unique Soul Origin promotional code and a link to the Soul Origin app.
- Download the Soul Origin app on your smartphone and sign up to become a Soul Origin Loyalty member.
- Find the "Rewards" tab in the Soul Origin app and claim the unique promotional code from the Promoter's email to redeem your gift voucher for 2 x small Soul Origin salads (you will be able to redeem your salads on separate occasions during the claim period / within the 14 day expiry period from input into Soul Origin app)

No, there are no exclusions to which Soul Origin salads are available for redemption (as available, at the time of redemption).

If you don't produce the required proof of purchase when asked, the Promoter may disqualify your claim, and you will lose any right to the gift.

It is a claimant’s responsibility to ensure that they enter their email address correctly in their claim form. If they fail to enter their email address correctly, they won’t receive the campaign email from the Promoter with the unique code to claim their gift.
You are automatically entered into the competition when you successfully complete the claim instructions for the Centrum x Soul Origin x CWH Gift Offer.
There will be 5 drawn winners.
The draw will be held at 12:00 PM (AEST) on 26th June 2025.
Each winner will receive a prize valued at $228.99, consisting of:
- 1 x Chemist Warehouse voucher valued at $100
- 1 x Soul Origin at-home catering voucher valued at $100
- 1 x Centrum Multivitamin voucher valued at $28.99 (up to 90 tablets) (redeemable at Chemist Warehouse)
Yes, redemption of the Chemist Warehouse voucher is subject to the terms and conditions located at Chemist Warehouse. Redemption of the Soul Origin voucher is subject to the terms and conditions located at www.catering.soulorigin.com.au/pages/terms-conditions.
You can enter multiple times, provided you only enter once per Qualifying Purchase and per receipt, as defined in the Gift Offer terms and conditions.
Drawn winners will be notified by phone and in writing by email within 7 days of the draw.
If a prize is unclaimed by 5:00 PM (AEST) on July 15, 2025, a redraw will occur at 12:00 PM (AEST) on July 16, 2025.
If any prize remains un-won at the end of this competition, or if a prize winner cannot be found, that information will be published on the Website on 16/08/2025.
